Salariul mediu net din România a ajuns în iulie la 5,820 de lei

In July 2026, Romania's average net salary reached 5820 lei, marking a 1.5% increase from June. Yearly growth was 5.5%, below the inflation rate of 8.2%. The highest salaries were in IT and oil extraction, while the lowest were in other services and aquaculture. The average gross salary was 9709 lei, also up by 1.5%. Real salary indices showed slight fluctuations due to bonuses and production results. Notable salary increases occurred in legal and accounting sectors, while declines were seen in tobacco and electronics manufacturing. Public sector salaries saw minor increases in health and administration, with a slight decrease in education.
