He explained that a budget-friendly approach has been identified to distribute the financial impact over several years. The new grid aims to address salary disparities and improve the education sector's financial situation. Pîslaru emphasized the importance of political agreement on necessary measures to achieve the financial envelope of 12.1 billion lei. He refrained from disclosing specific salary figures to avoid controversy but assured that the new formula would enhance teachers' earnings.
