He emphasized that a budget-friendly approach has been identified to distribute the financial impact over several years. Pîslaru clarified that the new grid's application at the beginning of the school year would limit the immediate budget impact while allowing for full effects to be realized later. He also mentioned the necessity of political agreement on budget measures to achieve the financial envelope needed for these changes. The new formula aims to address salary disparities and improve the education system's competitiveness.
