ANAF inspectors found double accounting records and informal payment logs during their investigation. The company concealed these payments to evade tax obligations. ANAF reclassified the illegal payments, imposing additional tax liabilities of 1.88 million lei, which the company paid in full after the audit. ANAF emphasized the negative impact of incomplete social contributions on budget revenues and employee social protection rights.
