Sala Polivalentă din Constanța s-a scumpit la 184 milioane lei

The construction of the Polivalent Hall in Constanța has resumed after a two-and-a-half-year halt, with an estimated total cost of 184 million lei, significantly higher than the initial 97 million lei. Currently, the project is 66% complete, with a new completion date set for mid-2027. The increase in costs is attributed to delays, inflation, and rising material prices. The hall will feature 5,000 seats, expandable for non-sporting events, and will include various facilities for sports competitions. Financing comes from the National Investment Company and the Constanța City Hall.
