Finance Minister Alexandru Nazare emphasized the importance of transforming these funds into tangible investments that benefit the national economy. The loan, part of a larger 16.68 billion euro plan, aims to enhance Romania's defense capabilities and develop essential infrastructure. Funding will be released in tranches, contingent on meeting specific milestones. The Ministry of Finance will oversee the funds, while various ministries will implement the projects.
