The mayor of Sighişoara announced the completion of restoration works on three sections of the Medieval Fortress wall, funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The project involved stabilizing the ground, reconstructing collapsed sections, and preserving historical elements. The total project cost was over 12 million lei, with most funding coming from the PNRR. The reception of the works is scheduled for this week.
