Mozaik Investments, through M-Ventures, has signed an agreement to acquire Fit4U, the largest fitness operator in Oradea, which has five clubs. The deal will be finalized upon meeting specific conditions. Fit4U is strategically located in key neighborhoods and plans to open three more locations by 2027. This acquisition follows Mozaik's recent purchases in the fitness sector, aiming to expand its network significantly. The company anticipates operating around 25 clubs by the end of this year and 50 by 2027, with a long-term goal of reaching 100 clubs. The Romanian fitness market shows substantial growth potential, currently lagging behind EU averages. Dan Fărcășanu, Managing Partner at Mozaik, emphasizes the opportunity for low-cost fitness models.
