Users can request refunds for incorrectly transferred amounts, but these do not grant legal road access. Existing road taxes for certain vehicles remain valid until their expiration date, and users are warned against unauthorized websites charging extra fees. Legal circulation on national roads requires compliance with the new payment methods.
