The European Commission and the European Investment Bank Group launched the European Institutional Investors Pact to encourage institutional investors to support European startups and scale-ups. Thirteen institutional investors have already committed to investing in European innovation through initiatives like the European Tech Champions Initiative 2.0 and the Scaleup Europe Fund.
