A Romanian platform, Clout Pact, has launched to connect brands with content creators, paying them based on views rather than followers. Operational since September 30, 2026, it aims to introduce the 'clipping' promotion model in Romania. Brands can share video content with multiple creators, who then produce and distribute their own versions. Payment is based on verified views, with a budget deposited before campaigns start. Creators, starting from age 14, can choose campaigns and earn money based on actual views. The first campaign tests the model with a budget of 1,000 lei, offering 5 lei per 1,000 views. Clout Pact plans to expand to other brands soon.
