Ryanair avertizează: biletele de avion s-ar putea scumpi

Ryanair warns that ticket prices for short-haul flights in Europe may rise significantly if oil prices remain high through 2027. The airline has lowered its traffic forecast for next year due to increasing fuel costs. The average jet fuel price has surged to about $156 per barrel, a 74.2% increase from last year. Ryanair has secured 80% of its fuel needs for 2027 at $67 per barrel, but the remaining must be purchased at market rates. The airline suggests that operators less protected against fuel price fluctuations may struggle to maintain flight capacity during winter.
