Ruta din cel de-al Doilea Război Mondial la care a apelat Rusia ca să poată să-și exporte cerealele, după ce Marea Neagră a ajuns blocată
Russia has turned to an Arctic maritime route, previously used during World War II, to export grain due to the blockade in the Black Sea caused by the Ukraine conflict. The country, the world's largest wheat exporter, is facing challenges in traditional export routes as both Russia and Ukraine attack each other's ports. The Murmansk port is now being utilized for grain shipments, with the first load of 3,400 metric tons being prepared for export. Despite redirecting trade to Baltic ports, concerns remain about potential NATO-related risks in the region. Russia has also withdrawn from the Black Sea grain deal, citing obstacles to its own food exports.
