The revised forecasts indicate a significant drop in production and exports for 2026 and 2027. The EU's ban on Russian oil imports and increased Ukrainian drone attacks have further impacted production, leading to fuel shortages domestically. While production is expected to rebound slightly in 2024, it will remain below previous projections. Russia has also imposed export bans on diesel and gasoline to address domestic supply issues.
