Rusia și Ucraina discută un nou schimb „destul de important” de prizonieri de război

Russia and Ukraine are in talks for a significant prisoner exchange, according to Russian human rights commissioner Iana Lantratova. Details on the number of prisoners or timing remain unclear. Since the large-scale invasion began in February 2022, multiple exchanges have occurred, repatriating thousands of soldiers. A previous agreement in May involved exchanging 1,000 prisoners from each side, facilitated by U.S. mediation. This news coincides with CIA Director John Ratcliffe's visit to Moscow, although the purpose of his trip has not been officially confirmed.
