Vice Prime Minister Alexander Novak announced that several refineries have resumed production, but the country will rely on substandard gasoline imports to address the deficit. The fuel crisis has spread across Russia, leading to export bans and rationing for domestic consumers. As of mid-August, a notable percentage of gas stations were out of fuel, indicating ongoing supply challenges.
