Rusia propune Europei să reia importurile de gaz. Kremlinul avertizează asupra prețurilor din iarnă • Newsweek România
Russia has proposed that European countries resume gas imports to avoid soaring winter prices. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov emphasized that it is not too late for Europe to restart purchases from Russia, citing current challenges in filling gas storage. He warned of record gas prices due to these issues. The EU previously moved away from Russian gas to limit funding for the war in Ukraine and to reduce energy dependency. Despite a significant decrease in Russian gas imports, some European states still receive limited amounts. Europe is currently sourcing gas from alternatives like Norway, the U.S., and Algeria.
