Emil Graesholm from the Danish Security and Intelligence Service (PET) stated that the main goal is to disrupt supplies to Ukraine and instill fear to reduce support for the country. The threat is serious enough to warrant a public warning, as the specifics of the targets and preparations are concerning. Graesholm highlighted potential arson as a tactic and urged defense companies to enhance security measures. Additionally, Russia is reportedly trying to recruit ordinary Danes for its plans, often without their knowledge. PET anticipates that the threat will grow in scale and complexity, particularly against Danish defense manufacturers.
