Romania's Foreign Minister stated that the country will not tolerate hybrid actions attributed to Russia and will coordinate with allies. The Russian ambassador accused Ukraine's president of being an international terrorist and claimed that Western support for Ukraine constitutes complicity in alleged crimes.
