Rusia își reduce producția de petrol la cel mai scăzut nivel din 2009

Russia has lowered its oil production forecast for 2023 to the lowest level in 17 years, revising export projections for 2026 and 2027 due to the Ukraine war's impact. The government estimates a decline of 17.2 million tons in oil production this year, reaching 494.2 million tons. While production is expected to recover slightly in 2024, it will remain below previous estimates. The EU's ban on Russian oil imports and increased drone attacks have further strained production, leading to fuel shortages. Consequently, Russia has imposed export bans on diesel and gasoline to address domestic market deficits.
