Rusia estimează o scădere a producției și exporturilor de gaze naturale

Russia's Economy Ministry predicts lower natural gas production and exports this year due to severed ties with the West and EU plans to eliminate Russian gas imports. The preliminary forecast estimates production at 683.1 billion cubic meters, slightly below previous projections but still above 2025 levels. The Kremlin claims Europe is harming itself by purchasing expensive gas from other markets instead of cheaper Russian supplies. Russian gas exports to Europe fell by 44% last year, reaching the lowest level since the 1970s. This reduction follows a similar decline in oil production estimates for the year.
