This statement follows threats to NATO regarding nuclear weapon use if the alliance attempts to isolate Kaliningrad. Concerns are rising among Western officials about increased Russian hybrid operations against NATO. Maria Zakharova stated that military factories outside Ukraine are not safe and that European nations are directly engaged in the conflict. This warning comes after Estonia accused Russian intelligence of being behind an attack on a defense contractor and Germany claimed Moscow orchestrated a drone attack attempt.
