This warning followed a previous alert issued less than nine hours earlier, triggered by radar detection of aerial targets approaching the Romanian border amidst reported explosions in Ukraine. Romanian authorities confirmed that the detected targets did not cross into national airspace, and military aircraft were deployed for monitoring.
