Rusia anunță primul zbor al unui avion de pasageri construit exclusiv cu componente produse în țară

Russia has successfully conducted the first flight of the MC-21-310 passenger aircraft, built entirely with domestically produced components. This initiative aims to reduce reliance on Western technology, especially after international sanctions. The aircraft took off from Irkutsk and completed a 1-hour and 23-minute test flight, reaching an altitude of 6,000 meters and a speed of 600 km/h. The MC-21-310 is part of a broader program to replace Western components in Russian civil aviation. Authorities claim that half of the necessary certification flights have been completed, with plans to deliver the first batch of 18 aircraft to Aeroflot. The MC-21 is designed to compete with Airbus A320neo and Boeing 737 MAX in the narrow-body segment.
