Rusia anunță că votul din străinătate pentru alegerile Dumei s-a desfășurat normal, în ciuda „ingerințelor externe”

Evgeny Ivanov, Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister, reported that voting abroad for the State Duma elections proceeded smoothly despite external interference. He stated that attempts by opposition groups to disrupt the process were largely unsuccessful, with only minor incidents reported. The elections took place from September 18 to 20, including participation from occupied Ukrainian regions. Ten parties participated in the elections, and regional legislative elections were also held across 39 entities of the Russian Federation.
