Rusia acuză România „de cinism politic și ipocrizie”, după convocarea ambasadorului Lipaev la MAE. „A respins categoric insinuările calomnioase”

Russia has accused Romania of political cynicism and hypocrisy following the summoning of Ambassador Vladimir Lipaev by the Romanian Foreign Ministry. The Russian embassy claims that Romania presented no evidence during the discussion regarding sabotage at the Carfil industrial platform. The Romanian Intelligence Service reported a sabotage network coordinated from Russia linked to a fire incident. Lipaev rejected the allegations, asserting that Russia has never planned or executed sabotage acts in Romania or elsewhere. He criticized Romania for not condemning Ukrainian attacks on commercial vessels in the Black Sea, emphasizing that the real threat to Romania comes from Ukraine, not Russia.
