Rusia a început să importe carburanți

Russia has started importing fuel due to recent shortages caused by Ukrainian attacks on its energy infrastructure. Vice Prime Minister Alexander Novak announced this, stating that domestic refineries are expected to resume production soon. The country, typically a net exporter of fuel, has faced supply issues since May, leading to restrictions at gas stations. To address the internal supply crisis, Russia has banned fuel exports and relaxed quality standards.
