Russian air defense detected 350 Ukrainian drones heading towards Moscow during the first day of parliamentary elections. Most drones were destroyed, with significant interceptions reported near the capital. The elections, dominated by Putin's United Russia party, lack real opposition and are the first since the Ukraine invasion. Political expert Tatiana Stanovaya noted that Putin uses these elections to showcase his support among Russians. He urged citizens to vote to demonstrate solidarity with the military and counter external pressures.
