Romanian archaeologists have initiated significant research at the ancient site of Histria, focusing on religious and daily life during the late Roman period. Excavations target a basilica with a crypt, a residential complex, and a temple. The site spans over 70,000 square meters and is located near Lake Sinoe. Recent findings include bronze artifacts, charcoal fragments, glass pieces, and well-preserved ceramics, providing insights into daily activities in the ancient city.
