The European Commission has opened applications for its paid Blue Book traineeships, now including vocational and technical school graduates. This program allows young people to work for five months in various European institutions in Brussels and Luxembourg. Starting from March 2027, up to 100 positions will be available for those with practical training. Candidates must meet specific educational and language requirements, and the traineeship is paid, with a base monthly allowance of around €1,572 in Brussels. Applications are open until September 4, 2026.
