Roxana Hidan este noul CEO al Intesa Sanpaolo Bank România

Intesa Sanpaolo Bank România has appointed Roxana Hidan as CEO and Chair of the Management Committee, following necessary approvals. Hidan brings 25 years of banking experience, having held leadership roles in Romania and internationally. She aims to enhance the bank's growth potential by focusing on customer needs and modernizing services. Previously, she worked at ProCredit Bank and held executive positions at OTP Group, including in Albania. The bank, part of the Intesa Sanpaolo group, has 59 branches in Romania and merged with First Bank in 2025, strengthening its market position.
