Routere chinezești vândute la nivel mondial au o „portiță de acces” ascunsă ce comunică automat la 35 de secunde

Researchers from VulnCheck have discovered a hidden backdoor in over 20 Chinese-manufactured routers, allowing unauthorized access and potential network intrusion. This vulnerability, named 'Endlessdoors', affects models sold globally under Zbtlink and Wiflyer brands. The backdoor communicates every 35 seconds with a Chinese IP address, raising cybersecurity concerns in the West. Over 100,000 such routers are estimated to be in use worldwide, prompting warnings from Western governments about potential exploitation by hackers linked to China. The FCC has banned imports of foreign-made consumer routers due to national security risks.
