Romsilva has completed 19 flood reduction projects, investing 109.56 million lei through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The projects involved the correction of torrents and the restoration of degraded lands across several counties. Key structures like dams and channels were built to mitigate flood risks, while also enhancing local ecosystems. The initiative aims to protect forest areas and communities from flooding, restoring over 42 kilometers of torrent beds and creating new fish-friendly structures.
