The National Agency for Public Procurement (ANAP) has completed an analysis of the negotiation procedures without prior publication used by Romsilva in 2025. Romsilva conducted 371 such procedures, totaling 28.25 million lei, maintaining its position as the second highest user nationally. The majority of these procedures were justified by extreme urgency. The analysis aims to monitor public procurement systems and identify trends and risks. Romsilva's procedures showed a significant decrease compared to previous years, with a concentration in Bucharest and Suceava. ANAP will continue to monitor these procedures and assess performance indicators.
