Romania's fuel market sees its first significant price drops after weeks of increases, driven by oil market crises. Major players like Rompetrol and Lukoil have reduced prices multiple times within 24 hours. Despite these reductions, prices remain high compared to mid-July levels, with gasoline and diesel still significantly more expensive than before. The average price of gasoline increased by 0.70 to 0.79 lei/l, while diesel rose by 1.18 to 1.28 lei/l in just three weeks.
