Rompetrol Rafinare anunță proiecte de reabilitare şi modernizare a cinci rezervoare de la Petromidia

Rompetrol Rafinare is undertaking modernization projects for five storage tanks at the Petromidia refinery in 2026, aiming to increase storage capacity by 20%. The initiative is part of a multi-year investment program to enhance operational safety and efficiency. One completed project involved reconstructing a distillate tank, increasing its capacity from 5,000 to 6,000 cubic meters. Similar upgrades are planned for other tanks, including gasoline and diesel storage. Since 2007, over 60 tanks have been modernized across the company's refineries. In the first half of 2026, Petromidia processed nearly 2.6 million tons of raw materials, with a significant portion directed to the domestic market.
