Interim Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan announced the completion of procedures for the takeover of Azomureș by Romgaz, with the contract to be signed soon. The complex procedures were finalized last week, and the resumption of production is expected next year. Over 800 employees will be transferred to Romgaz this month, ensuring stability in the chemical fertilizer market. Bolojan emphasized the importance of local production for agriculture and the impact on gas prices.
