Romgaz își face sucursală Azomureș la Târgu Mureș

Romgaz has established a new branch named Târgu Mureș AZOMUREȘ, focusing on the production of basic organic chemical products. This decision follows the acquisition of the Azomureș chemical plant, with a total transaction value estimated at 69 million euros, funded entirely from Romgaz's own resources. The fixed component of the transaction is 46.46 million euros, with additional funds allocated for operational costs and employee payments during the transition period. Following the completion of formalities, Romgaz is now in the integration phase, preparing for the restart of production after a halt. The Competition Council has approved the acquisition, allowing Romgaz to proceed with the necessary technical evaluations and maintenance work for a safe production restart.
