Romgaz estimează că va finaliza preluarea Azomureș în septembrie

Romgaz anticipates completing the acquisition of Azomureș by September, pending necessary approvals. The deal is valued at 69 million euros, funded entirely by Romgaz. This acquisition will enable Romgaz to enter the fertilizer market, addressing domestic agricultural needs and reducing reliance on imports. Azomureș, the last major fertilizer producer in Romania, has been inactive due to supply issues.
