Romgaz has resumed hiring competitions to fill positions in its gas supply division for residential and small non-residential consumers. This follows a government memorandum lifting previous hiring restrictions. The company plans to start direct supply contracts in spring, pending regulatory changes. Currently, Romgaz has about 70% of the necessary staff for this division, which aims to employ around 120 people. The government also approved a memorandum allowing Romgaz to fill vacant positions and acquire employees from Azomureș, impacting salaries significantly in 2026.
