ROMATSA is contesting the seizure of its revenue flow managed by EUROCONTROL due to a forced execution initiated by Pfizer against the Romanian state. The company's director, Adrian Cojoc, emphasizes that while ROMATSA is not a party in the dispute, it is significantly impacted as a third party, losing access to over 85% of its income. Although current operations and air traffic remain unaffected, the financial strain could jeopardize future functionality. ROMATSA is seeking a temporary financing mechanism to bridge the gap until the revenue flow is restored, clarifying that it does not request subsidies or taxpayer money, but rather a recoverable loan.
