Total revenues are projected at 2.029 billion lei, up 5.47%, primarily driven by air navigation service fees. Operating expenses are expected to rise by 8.42% to 1.983 billion lei, with personnel costs accounting for a significant portion. The budget also includes a decrease in financial revenues by 73.91%. The workforce is projected to decrease slightly to 1,755 employees by the end of 2026.
