ROMATSA has approved plans for a heliport on the roof of a new apartment hotel in Brașov. The Goldiș Residence project will feature 100 apartments and a rooftop lounge with a pool. The building will adhere to urban regulations, allowing a maximum height of 22 meters and requiring landscaping. The developer must plant a tree for every 100 square meters of unbuilt space.
