This proposal is part of four public policy documents aimed at monitoring investments, utilizing mineral resources, and promoting tourism in Romania. Currently, ROMARM operates mainly as a commercial intermediary with less than 20% participation in most subsidiaries. The proposed model includes a dual management system and specialized clusters for armament, naval construction, and research. Additionally, the ministry emphasizes reducing import dependency in mineral resources and outlines plans for a National Destination Management Organization to enhance tourism.
