Românii vor ieși mai târziu la pensie. Ce vârstă estimează OCDE
Young Romanians entering the labor market may retire later than current generations due to pension reforms linked to life expectancy. The OECD report indicates that Romania's retirement age will increase in the coming decades. By 2060, the standard retirement age in the EU will gradually rise, with men reaching 66.9 years and women 66.6 years. Denmark, Norway, Iceland, and the Netherlands have the highest retirement ages, while Greece, Slovenia, and Luxembourg have the lowest. In Romania, the retirement age is currently 65 for men and gradually increasing for women to match. The minimum contribution period for retirement is 15 years.
