A recent survey indicates that Romanians are among the least desired immigrants in the UK, with nearly 50% of respondents favoring reduced immigration from Romania. The survey shows that 47% of participants want fewer Romanian immigrants, ranking them fifth in undesirability alongside Israelis. Additionally, 18% believe no Romanians should be accepted, while 29% support a decrease in their numbers. Only 22% think the current level of Romanian immigration is acceptable, and 7% advocate for an increase. In contrast, Irish, Canadian, and Australian immigrants are viewed more favorably.
