Starting October 12, 2026, Romanian investors can purchase units of a new ETF on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, tracking 30 major Polish companies. The InterCapital POLAND WIG30TR UCITS ETF, managed by InterCapital ETF from Croatia, allows indirect investment in Polish firms without needing to buy individual stocks. The ETF follows the WIG30TR index, which includes well-known companies like Sinsay and Allegro. The Polish stock market has shown significant growth, with a 31% increase in 2026 and a total return of nearly 250% over the past decade. Investors can buy the ETF through authorized brokers, enhancing their investment options in Central and Southeastern Europe.
