This figure includes both planned and unplanned outages, with 145 minutes attributed to planned interruptions and 91 minutes to unplanned ones. The SAIDI index, which measures the average interruption duration for users, reflects a concerning trend as it has risen by 7 minutes compared to 2024. The performance varies significantly among distribution operators, with Delgaz Grid reporting the best performance at 66.7 minutes per year, while Distribuție Energie Oltenia had the worst at 109 minutes. Overall, 10.3 million customers were connected to the electricity distribution networks in 2025.
