The Senate has approved a legislative proposal requiring public authorities to notify taxpayers about the renewal of limited-duration administrative acts at least 30 days before expiration. The measure aims to enhance compliance and improve the relationship between public administration and citizens. Notifications will be sent electronically, and the implementation of a digital platform is mandated within six months. Failure to notify does not affect the validity of the administrative act, and penalties are established for non-compliance with the notification system. Authorities must comply with these provisions by December 31, 2027.
