He addressed the recent drone incident in Constanța, stating that an internal report has been prepared and questions have been raised with Ukraine. Discussions with Ukrainian President Zelensky included a €200 million component for drone production under the SAFE program. Dan emphasized the importance of Romania's participation in the Carpathian initiative for regional stability and economic opportunities. He also highlighted ongoing discussions about grain transit efficiency and cooperation in various sectors.
